PURPOSE:To prevent a weight bed or the like from flexing and improve accuracy of a device and its productivity, by securing the weight bed to a shaft by a plastic flow of metal and simultaneously connecting parts of a weight supporting axis, spring mounting pin, etc. with the weight bed by plastic deformation of metal. CONSTITUTION:A distributor secures to its shaft 1 a weight bed 2 by a plastic flow of metal. While the weight bed 2 connects a weight supporting axis 3 and a spring mounting pin 4 respectively by plastic deformation of metal. And the weight bed both rotatably mounts one end of a weight 5 to the weight supporting axis 3 and suspends the other end to a part between the axis and the spring mounting pin 4. While the shaft 1 provides in its upper part a rotor shaft 10 equipping a timing lever 8 in one end further a rotary magnetic pole 11 in the other end. Here a connection part by the plastic flow of each metal is simultaneously pressurized. In this way, a device improves its accuracy and productivity by preventing flection of the weight bed 2 and the weight supporting axis 3 or the like. |
