WIDTH DIRECTION CONTINUOUS PLATE BENDING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To enlarge the application range for serving both of a pipe size by providing a male rolling unit on the york enabling an opening and closing with a crossing condition and by arranging the female rolling unit corresponding thereto movably on a guide base. CONSTITUTION:The york 4 fitting a male roll 3 freely rotatably is made in a crossing condition and fitted to by a shaft 5. The rod 6 of reverse thread is fitted by a pin 7 to the upper part of the york 4, also both rod 6 are connected by a turn buckle 8. A female roll unit 10 is arranged in the position opposing to the male roll 3 on a guide base 9 and is made movable in the moving direction of the male roll 3. In case of the change in the pipe size the york 4 is opened and closed with rotating the turn buckle 8 and the gap of the male roll is adjusted. The gap between the female roll 13 and male roll 3 is set up then and a hydraulic oil is fed to a cylinder room 15 and the bend of plate 20 is continuously performed. The application range of the pipe size is thus enlarged.
