One piece kitchen sink and draining board has tub shaped sink similar to the gradual incline of the top end of a bathtub. The gutters are created by the surface being embossed. The gliding surface (11) is provided with guttering (12) and a number of raised stops (13 & 14) at intervals along the surface sliding towards and into the sink bowl. Pref. between the draining surface and the sink is an open inclined depression. The sink is for general home or hospital use. It is useful espec. with physically handicapped users in mind.
