PURPOSE:To obtain a titled nozzle that prevents adhesion of spatter to the nozzle, eliminates unstableness of arc, unsmooth wire feeding, deviation of flow of inert gas etc. and improves efficiency of work by providing carbon in part other than threaded parts of inner wall of a metallic cylindrical nozzle for welding. CONSTITUTION:Carbon is provided in the part other than the threaded parts of inner wall of a metallic cylindrical nozzle 1 for welding. Welding arc is stabilized, the wire is fed smoothly, inert gas flows nicely by synergetic effects of composite structure of metallic material 1 excellent in strength and tenacity and carbon material 2 having function to prevent adhesion of spatter. Thus, the life of the nozzle is lengthened and the efficiency of welding work is improved. |
