PURPOSE:To attain a high-degree maintenance operation at each telephone station and a centralized maintenance center by installing a maintenance operation large sized computer to the centralized maintenance center and allowing a maintenance operation terminal device of each telephone station to access the large sized computer. CONSTITUTION:The large sized computer 2, the maintenance operation terminal device 3, a center communication controller 4, a magnetic drum 5, a magnetic tape device 6, a printer 7 and a floppy disc device 8 are installed in the centralized maintenance center 1, and maintenance operation terminal devices 10a, 10b, telephone station communication controllers 11a, 11b, exchange stations 12a, 12b, interfaces 13a, 13b, and printers 14a, 14b are installed to telephone stations 9a, 9b under control. A data generated in a telephone station is transmitted to the computer 2 via the communication controllers 11a, 4, the computer 2 applies statistical processing and displays the result to the maintenance operation terminal devices 3, 10a, 11b. |
