PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of dehydrating by providing a low frequency induction heating coil in a dehydrating roller in which two, upper and lower, filter cloths holding sludge to be disposed between are stretched, and making above- mentioned sludge heatable, and thereby lowering viscosity of pore water. CONSTITUTION:The sludge to be disposed is supplied to a throwing port 16 and held between two, upper and lower, beltlike filter cloths 12, 13 and carried to plural dehydrating rollers 14. The sludge held by the filter cloths 12, 13 is dewatered by compressing force etc. between the rollers 14, and at the same time, heated by a low frequency induction heating coil 15. Accordingly, viscosity of pore water between particles contained in the sludge is lowered and becomes easy to extract water. |
