PURPOSE:The titled composition useful as a cosmetic such as skin care product, etc., having improved degree of milkiness in shaking, proper separation rate, and good feeling in use, obtained by blending a nitrogen-containing nonionic surface active agent with a liquid oil, and a water-soluble salt in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition is obtained by blending 0.01-10wt% nitrogen-containing nonionic surface active agent (e.g., lauric acid diethanolamide, coconut fatty acid diethanolamide, etc.) with 1-95wt% liquid oil (e.g., castor oil, olive oil, etc.), 0.01-10wt% water-soluble salt (e.g., salt, sodium sulfate, etc.), and water. It is a cosmetic which has improved degree of milkiness in shaking, improved separation rate, and good feeling in use. An amount of the liquid oil is 1-95wt%, so the composition is applicable in a wide range from a cosmetic having a low content of oil and dry feeling to a cosmetic oil with high content of oil. Namely, it is applied to hair rinse, toilet lotion, body lotion, etc. |
