OPERATION INDICATOR OF AIR CLEANER

PURPOSE:To indicate easily and surely the life of a filter with the life of an electric cell by operating electrically an indicator connected to the dry cell which is united with the filter with a switch element interlocked with the operation of an air cleaner. CONSTITUTION:An exchange member 5 contg. a filter is united with a case 5a having a DC dry cell 5b, and the assembly is attached to the main body 4 of an air cleaner. The assembly is made freely attachable to and detachable from the main body 4. One end of said cell 5b is connected to an earth 4A, and the other end is connected to the auxiliary contact 1A of a switch 1 in a control box 7 through a connector 5c. The auxiliary contact 1A is further connected to a light- emitting diode 2 constituting an indicator through resistances 3a and 3b for limiting and regulating the electric power. The main contact of a feeder 4c to the main body 4 of the air cleaner is interlocked with said auxiliary contact 1A by the switch 1. The light-emitting diode 2 indicates luminously in correspondence with the operation of the air cleaner and the life of the filter is allowed to correspond with the life of the electric cell 5b.
