PURPOSE:To always dispose a welding metal material at the center of a coil strand by inserting the material into between recessed strips formed on coated leads, and welding the coil strands of inner and outer layers with the material. CONSTITUTION:Recessed strips 26 are formed longitudinally substantially at the centers of one wide sides of the periphery 4 of coated leads 1 having substantially longitudinal sectional shape, inner and outer layer coil strands 8, 9 are so wound as to superposed the strips 26 at the upper and lower positions, a welding metal material 24 is inserted into between the strips 26, and the strands 8, 9 are welded by the material 24. Thus, the material 24 can be always disposed at the center of the strands 8, 9, and even if a laser beam is emitted deeply, no shortcircuit occurs between the adjacent strands. |
