PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of detection in the above-mentioned method of detecting abnormalities in an ironworks by comparing a load current control value to an actual transportation amount with with an actual current value in the relationship between the load current of a motor in the normal running and the transportation amount. CONSTITUTION:Load current in a motor 5 for driving a belt conveyer 4 is detected by a current transformer 7 and converted to voltage by a voltage converter 8 to be sent to the input of CPU9. On the other hand, transportation amount of the belt conveyer 4 is detected by a load cell 10 to be sent to the input of the CPU9. CPU9 applies an actual transportation amount to the relationship between a theoretical current value st therein during the normal running and the transportation amount to figure out a current control value which is incessantly compared with an actual current value incessantly received for judging the presence of abnormalities. By this constitution, can be accurately detected the abnormalities even if the transportation amount may be varied. |
