PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit and to attain ease of adjustment by connecting a microwave input terminal to a drain of an FET whose source is connected to common, connecting a band reflection resonator to the gate via a transmission line and extracting a DC output from the drain. CONSTITUTION:A local signal fed from a terminal 7 is fed to the drain of the FET9. A leakage signal flows from the drain to the gate. The leakage signal is inputted to the band reflection type resonator 10 through a transmission circuit 5, and the leakage signal in a frequency f1 is reflected all by the resonator 10 and fed to the gate again through the transmission line 5. In adjusting the length of the transmission line 5 to be pi/4 to the signal in the frequency f1, the phase difference of the signals fed to the drain and gate is 90 deg.. As a result, the DC voltage extracted from a terminal 8 is 0. When the input frequency is changed, a detection signal in response to the phase change of the leakage signal reflected at the resonator 10 is obtained at the terminal 8. |
