PURPOSE:To prevent a color shift of mixed color through simple constitution by forming a toner layer of one or plural colors on a toner holding member by one or plural developer holding members, and developing a latent image on a photosensitive body by the toner holding member. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of plural developer holding members 11 which hold plural developers of different colors having a high-resistance carrier and toner respectively and the single rotatable nonmagnetic toner holding member 12 which is provided so as to oppose to the respective developer holding member 1 at intervals more than the thickness of developers on them. Toner particles of the or plural colors are dislocated from one or plural developer holding members 11 to the toner holding member 12 to form a toner layer of one or plural colors on the toner holding member 12. Then, toner is dislocated from the toner holding member to a photosensitive body 1 to develop a latent image. Thus, a color shift of even a mixed color is prevented through the simple constitution. |
