Rock injection tube - with detachable expansion sleeve and non-return value at injection tube end

An injection device to solidify rock with cracks and fissures by injected grout consists of an expansion sleeve which can be urged against the walls of a borehole by a conical non-return valve. When the injection operation has been completed, sleeve and valve can be severed and left as seal in the hole. This permits the recovery of the rest of the injection equipment. There is no waste to time waiting for the grout to set.
