PURPOSE:To provide a uniform yarn by increasing the spindle speed on the fully wound side, before a contact roller comes in contact with the empty bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A spindle speed increasing system 40 is provided separately from a drive control system 20 for spindles 1, 2 using a contact roller 7. After increasing the speed of spindle on the fully wound side, a tallet is rotation, when the acceleration of the spindle on fully wound side shall be altered automatically in accordance with the diameter of the package of fully wound side. Thus sure and stable replacement of yarn can be made by simple and compact configuration without any complicated structure of the device itself, as well as the quality of the innermost yarn in each package wound at the time of yarn replacement is kept unchanged, which ensure that a yarn of the same degree of uniformity as at the time of normal winding is obtained. |
