PURPOSE:To produce an optimum vibration insulating effect, by a method wherein spring characteristics of vibration insulating rubber form a non-linear type in that the characteristics are rapidly risen after a given amount of bending. CONSTITUTION:Vibration insulating rubber 11 has a hole 12, through which a bolt is inserted, at its central part, and an annular groove 13, in which a car body frame 14 is engaged, about at the central part of the external part. The vibration insulating rubber 11 is provided at its one end with a washer 18 for a bolt 19, and an annular part 20, bent at right angles in a manner to cover the vibration insulating rubber 11, is formed integrally with the outer periphery of the washer 18. A space part 21 is provided between the vibration insulating rubber 11 and the annular part 20. Bending of the vibration insulating rubber 11 is absorbed until the external part of the vibration insulating rubber 11 is brought into contact with the annular part 20, and after the external part is brought into contact with the annular part, the bending is controlled so that spring constant is suddenly increased. |
