PURPOSE:To obtain the molded product having excellent formability, high permeability of light, and uniform diffusion property of light without unevenness by using transparent thermoplastic resin for a base material, while molding the specified portion for light diffusion and permeation into a predetermined thickness. CONSTITUTION:The portion of light diffusion and permeation is molded by a following method. The glass beads B having the refractive index whose difference from the refractive index of transparent thermoplastic resin A is 0.005-0.2 and 10-80mum diameters for 50% cumulative weight distribution thereof, are uniformly distributed and contained in said resin component A. Thus obtained thermoplastic resin composition is molded into 25-1,000mum thick products by means of injection molding. The compounding ratio of component B is garantified by the formulas I -III [VA is the volume parts of A component; VB is the volume parts of B component; DELTAN is the difference between A component and B component; f is 2t/R.VB/(VA+VB); R is the diameter (mum) of 50% cumulative weight distribution; t is the thickness of the portion of light diffusion and permeation]. |
