PURPOSE:To confirm living safety at the time interval set at every individual situation of a resident, by providing a detector for detecting the lavatory of the resident and a means receiving the signal from said detector to discriminate the safety of the resident in a residence region on the basis of the use data of the lavatory. CONSTITUTION:An infrared detector 4 responding to bodily temp. is arranged to the lavatory of an old people's solitary room and the detection signal thereof is received bya subscription telephone 3 and successively accumulated and stored in an accessory data apparatus 5 as data along with a date. Further, an emergency alarm switch 6, a fire alarm 7 and an outing information switch 8 are also connected to the telephone 3. The collecting and wiring apparatus 10 of a computer control center 9 is connected to the subscription telephone 3 of the old people's solitary room 1 and a data signal is periodically received by automatic transmitting and receiving apparatuses 14, 15 and the safety of an old man is discriminated by a processor computer 16. When abnormality is detected, it is informed to a preliminarily registered information point. |
