PURPOSE:To shorten the period of construction by saving the amount of site operations by a method in which shape steels are attached to the lower part of a bottom plate, and the bottom plate is welded to the lower end of a lining plate constituting the side walls of a sump pit for installation of the sump pit. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing beams 5, sump pit flanges 4, and studs 6 are welded to the outside of a lining plate 1, and the lining plate 1 is welded into a cylindrical form. Shape steels 9 of a U-shaped cross section are welded to the bottom plate 2 constituting the bottom of a sump pit, and through holes are drilled in the bottom plate 2 and thrust with base bolts 7. The bottom plate 2 is welded to the lower end of the cylindrical lining plate 1 and moved to a setting place, and concrete is placed to below the bottom plate of the sump pit and the outside of the lining plate 1. The time to set the base bolts to concrete can thus be omitted and the base bolts can be strongly attached to the concrete. |
