A decorative sheet (P) is composed of a flat planar thin base material (B) and a large number of twisted yarns (Y) arranged in layers in one direction on the entire surface of the flat planar thin base material to form an unevenly laminated structure on the base material. The twisted yarns (Ya) at lower layers of the layers and the surface (Ba) of the base material, and also neighbouring ones of the twisted yarns are bonded to each other into one unit.
