PURPOSE:To make it possible to facilitate the confirmation of light from a lamp which is difficult to be directly checked, by introducing the light from a vehicle tail lamp, a vehicle brake lamp, etc. to the driver's seat section with the use of a shielding means for shielding light other than the above-mentioned light and a light guide path, and by displaying the light in the driver's seat section. CONSTITUTION:Light from a lamp 1 to be tested is at first introduced into a light shielding cylinder 2 which shields light from the outside other than the light from the lamp 1. Then, the light from the lamp 1 is guided through a light guide path 3 and is transmitted to a light detector 4 that converts the light from the lamp 1 into an electrical current by which an indicator lamp 5 is illuminated on an instrument panel 6. Accordingly, the illumination of a lamp such as, for example, a vehicle tail lamp, a vehicle brake lamp which is difficult to be directly confirmed, may be easily checked at the driver's seat. |
