PURPOSE:To perform setting adjustment for a speed governing device so speedily in an easy manner, by setting a setting position of the speed governing device in a room housing box to an inner case of an arm to be pivotally attached to the inner case side, down to a part to be situated outside a housing in time of opening the inner case. CONSTITUTION:A glove box 13 as an inner case is set up in a housing formed as a concave part in an instrument panel 12. The glove box 13 is pivotally supported on both side walls of the housing 11 by a pivot 14, while a speed governing device 15 controlling a revolving speed of the glove box 13 is installed in position between its one side wall 13a and these side wall parts 11b. In this case, a first arm 16 of the speed governing device 15 is pivotally supported on a support member 19 installed in an upper wall 11a of the housing 11, and a second arm 18 is pivotally supported on a side wall 13a of the glove box 13. Then, a pivoted spot of the second arm 18 should be set down to a part situated outside the housing when the glove box 13 is opened. |
