PURPOSE:To contrive miniaturization of a winding, and to manufacture a transformer of small size and light weight having a small loss by a method wherein a wire-accumulating frame is formed into a freely movable structure and a coil is made in troidal winding. CONSTITUTION:A chain 7 of the prescribed length is provided on the chain axle 8 of the wire-accumulating frame 1 of a winding device, sprocket recptables 9a and 9b are provided on one ride or both ride of the chain 7 and ring plates 10a and 10b are attached using a flat plate. The space between said two plates 10a and 10b are used as the space for wire accumulation, and the wire 12 of the prescribed quantity is accumulated on the outer side of the wire accumulating frame 1 of said wire-accumulating part. The outside of the chain 7 is made larger than chain-side plates 11a and 11b, and the insde of the chain 7 is formed in the same measurements as the side plates 11a and 11b or smaller than that. Also, the accumulated wire 12 and the axle 8 are brought into the state wherein they are not contacted directly, a thin plate-like push-ring 13, which rotates lightly in the circumferential direction of the axle 8, is attached to the axle 8 in such a manner that the wire 12 and the ring 13 are brought into contact each other, thereby enabling to minaturize the transformer, the core and the coil. |
