Imaging system consisting of a compound image and a filter through which the image can produce different visual impressions. The nature of the imaging system, which is chiefly intended for the purposes of instruction or advertising, requires a certain activity on the part of the viewer and enables mass production at low cost, as well as distribution and application without advanced technical aids. According to the invention, the imaging system has at least two different, jointly mounted image samples of which the first has a colour and a relative brightness with a weak contrast relative to the environment. The second image sample dominates over the first and principally has a complementary colour relative to the principal colour of the first image sample. Furthermore, the imaging system has a filter with a colour which represents a complementary colour relative to the principal colour of the first image sample. The filter is suitable for changing the visual impression of the compound image from dominance of the second image sample to dominance of the first image sample, specifically by tinging the light impinging on or reflected from the compound image. |
