PURPOSE:The titled apparatus, having an air-permeable bottom member having air holes provided on whole surface thereof, air blowing device and air control device, and capable of controlling the temperature and moisture of a large amount of powder easily with ease. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus capable of controlling the temperarure and humidity of sucked air at desired values with a humidifying device 26 and a heat exchanger 28, opening and shutting alternately change-over valves 34 and 36, expanding alternately the inner annular band part 20 and outer annular band part 22 of a clothlike air-permeable member 12, supplying air at the controlled temperature and humidity through the texture of the clothlike air-permeable member 12 to powder 4, and transmitting the heat and accord humidity to powder particles with the air while being lifted through interstices between the powder particles. |
