<p>PT--81904 A 4-Fluorobenzoyl piperidine derivs. of formula (I) are prepd. by (a) reacting N-acetyl-2-halo ethylamines with 4-fluorobenzoyl piperidine, and de-acetylating the prod.; (b) reacting the prim. amine obtd. with CS2 and N,N-dicyclohexyl carbodiimide to give 2-(( 4-fluoro benzoyl) 1-piperidinyl)ethyl isothiocyanate; and (c) condensing this with anthranilic acid derivs. to obtain (I).</p> |
