PURPOSE:To obtain a photodetecting body for a sensor head, which is constituted easily, manufactured easily, and also has a good handling property by forming an array part wound round in a shape of a coil on an effective part so that a light which has been made incident on the inside through a side wall of an optical fiber is transferred to its one end. CONSTITUTION:A photodetecting body is constituted of four pieces of continuous optical fibers 1, and its one end 11 is provided opposingly to a photodetector and used. Also, an array part 12 wound round in a shape of a coil is formed on an effective part so that a light which has been made incident on the inside through a side wall of each optical fiber 1 is transferred to one end 11. This supporting body 2 is columnar or cylindrical, and also that which is provided with a guide groove will do, and especially, as for that which is provided with a guide groove, the position is aligned exactly at the time of winding. The array part 12 is formed on the effective part of the photodetecting body, but this effective part is a part for displaying a function of a sensor head, and it is set in accordance with a purpose. |
