<p>The process comprises reaction of amines of formula (II) with a phenol of formula (III) to give prods. of formula (I) where R1 is a linear or branched C1-6 alkyl radical, R2 and R3 are H or the radical -OCH2-CONH-R4, subject to the condition that one of the two radicals is H, while R4 is a linear or branched C1-6 alkyl radical. With reaction in an inert solvent, a catalyst of the group of ion exchange resins in alkaline form, NaOH, KOH, Na2CO3 or K2CO3, is also applied. The catalyst application is 10-100 mole per cent relative to the starting materials, and the reaction temp. is 100-200 deg.C.</p> |
