<p>Thioketene derivs. of formula (I) are new. In (I), R1=H, 1-10C alkyl, lower alkenyl, phenyl or B-Y; Y=N-contg. monocyclic heterocyclyl or opt. substd. phenyl; B=lower alkylene; R2 and R3=lower alkyl; or R2+R3=CH2CH2 or CH=CH; R4=H, lower alkyl or lower alkoxycarbonyl; A=(CH2)n or CH(COOR5); n=0-2; R5=lower alkyl; lower=1-4C. - Intermediates of formula (II) are new. In (II), R6=lower alkyl; R7=H or A'-CH2COOR8; A'=CH2 or CH(COOR5); R8=lower alkyl. - Specifically, R1 is Not H. Y=N-contg. monocyclic heterocyclyl or phenyl (opt. mono- or di-substd. by halo, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, NO2, NH2 or benzyloxycarbonylamino). n=1.</p> |
