PURPOSE:To provide a bath liquid having improved medical effect, containing a product obtained by the fermentation of water oat which is naturally grown in marshland. CONSTITUTION:Leaves and/or stalks of water oat which is grown naturally in marshland, are steamed, and inoculated with a novel variant Bacillus subtilis ON-1 (FERM-P NO.4608). The fermented product of the water oat thus obtained is used as an effective component of a bath liquid. The liquid is effective to give the healthy skin after a bath, to prevent the feeling of cold after a bath, to facilitate the circulation of the blood, and to cure scald, various skin diseases, etc. |
