PURPOSE:A cosmetic, having a superior antiseborrheic action with high safety even in a long period use, and composed of using an antiseborrheic in combination with carbon dioxide having a vasodilative action or a substance capable of generating carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic such as a lotion, milky lotion, hair lotion, hair tonic, rinse and hair growing agent, prepared by incorporating >=60ppm carbon dioxide gas into a cosmetic composition containing an antiseborrheic such as diethylstilbestrol and chlormadinone acetate (the content to be incorporated is preferably 0.001-5wt%) by such as enclosing the high pressure gas into a pressure vessel containing the cosmetic composition, or prepared by supporting both a carbonate such as sodium bicarbonate and an acid such as succinic acid on a carrier substantially in the absence of water, and further supporting said cosmetic composition on the carrier together, thereby the carbon dioxide can be generated by adding water thereto. |
