<p>PT--79770 A Treatment liquids (wash water, dye baths, etc.) are removed from tubular mesh material by passing it through two extraction units mounted in series and crossed so that the planes of material passing through them are perpendicular. The extraction units are provided with squeeze rolls or suction bars with length less than the maximum width of the flattened tubular material so that two faces remain soaked with liquid after leaving, and these bands arrive at the centre of the second unit, where removal of liquid is completed without formation of permanent creases.</p> |
