摘要 PURPOSE:To improve detection accuracy of an engine speed and reduce its detection time, by using a pulse signal, integral multiplied in a phase lock loop circuit of a speed signal arithmetic device, as a speed signal and controlling the speed of an engine to a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A control device, inputting voltage generated in an AC generator 10 to a waveform shaper circuit 11 as a speed control signal, shapes a change of voltage into a square wave. Thereafter, the device, outputting the signal to a P/D13, aligns to zero a phase difference between the rise-up of a pulse signal from the circuit 11 and the feedback signal from a counter 14. Successively the device, outputting a pulse train of frequency Nf for an input frequency (f) from the circuit 11 to an F/V16, obtains an output pulse of high accuracy. Next the device, converting a change of this frequency into the change of voltage by the F/V16 and obtaining a deviation of the pulse from a set rottion signal from an external setter 18 in a comparator circuit 17, feeds a throttle opening compensation quantity to a driver circuit 19. Next the device, calculating the compensation quantity by the circuit 17 deciding a set frequency being, for instance, 50Hz, controls the engine 50 in a short time so that the generator 10 may generate 50Hz power.
