PURPOSE:To obtain a film having high activity and improved activity stability wherein an enzyme or a microorganism is firmly bonded to a sulfone film and not released, by adding an aldehyde compound and a triamine compound to a dope solution of polysulfone to give a mixed solution, and making the solution into a film. CONSTITUTION:An aldehyde compound and a triamine compound are added to a dope solution of polysulfone to give a mixed solution, which is processed into a film. Glutaraldehyde is used as the aldehyde compound. 1,8-Diamino-4-aminomethyloctane is used as the triamine compound. 0.2-5.0ml aldehyde compound and 0.1-2.0ml triamine are added to 10ml dope solution. |
