PURPOSE:To make fuel supplement possible without detecting fuel concentration by detecting temperature and output voltage of a liquid fuel cell by an element arranged in the cell, and controlling fuel concentration of the cell by a signal from the device. CONSTITUTION:A thermo couple 1 which detects temperature and an element which detects cell output voltage V2 are arranged in a liquid fuel cell 2 which uses hydrazine or methanol as fuel. Voltage V1 generated in the thermo couple 1 is amplified with an operating amplifier 3, and added to output voltage V2 of the cell 2 to obtain voltage V4. When a value of the voltage V4 is decreased below a specified value, fuel is supplemented from a fuel supplement unit 4. Thereby, when temperature and output voltage of the cell 2 exceed a specified value, fuel concentration is decreased, and when they are below a specified value, fuel concentration is controlled so as to increase it. |
