摘要 PURPOSE:To thermally harden uniformly a coil end in a short time by emitting far infrared rays to the axial end, and blowing hot blast to the inner and outer peripheral sides of the nose of the coil end to thermally harden. CONSTITUTION:When thermosetting resin is bonded to a coil end 2 projected from the slots of rotor core or stator core 5 and thermally hardened, a far infrared ray lamp 22 is disposed oppositely to the axial end of the coil end 2, to emit far infrared rays toward the axial end. Further, a hot blast blowing nozzle 22 is mounted oppositely to the inner and outer peripheral sides of the nose of the coil end to blow the hot blast to the inner and outer peripheral sides of the nose. Thus, a nose having large thermal capacity and the axial end having small thermal capacity can be uniformly heated in a short time.
