Hair-curling roller with an elongate, about cylindrical roller body (1, 2), which contains hollow spaces (5, 7) and on which the hairs are to be fixed by means of an elastic tightening band (11, 12, 13) to be stretched between spigots (19, 20) provided at the longitudinal ends of the roller body, and with longitudinal grooves (7), which extend in planes parallel one to the other and to the cylinder axis (4) from the periphery to a respective web (6) displaying holes (5), with side walls (8) substantially parallel to the planes, characterised thereby, that the longitudinal grooves (7) extend from one side of the periphery in one cylinder half and from the oppositely disposed side of the periphery in the other cylinder half each time in the manner of a chord into the roller body in such a manner that the roller body (1, 2) is producible solely with the aid of an injection moulding die consisting of two symmetrical tool halves or moulding cheeks. |
