The device comprises a U-shaped element (3) consisting of a metal rod which has been given the shape of an elongate and bent-back ring. This element is intended to connect two eyelets (2) located at the end of two neighbouring prefabricated elements (1) in such a way that the base of the U hooks into one of the eyelets while the other eyelet is engaged between the arms (4, 5) of the U. A clamping element (6) is inserted into the free space delimited by the arms of the U-shaped element and acts, via one of these edges, on the eyelet engaged between the arms of the U-shaped element and, via its other edge, on the ends of the arms of the U-shaped element. The clamping element (6) makes it possible to subject the reinforcement members, which include the assembled eyelets, to a considerable tensile force. <IMAGE>
