PURPOSE:To reduce the thrust difference between phases by reducing magnetic gap between the pole teeth of the opposite permanent magnet side of each yoke and the pole teeth of a stator side opposed thereto smaller than that between the pole teeth of a permanent magnet side and the pole teeth of the stator side opposed thereto. CONSTITUTION:Pole teeth 2,... are integrally formed on the inner periphery of a cylindrical stator 1, and a movable element 5 is disposed at the center in the stator 1. The element 5 is formed of a central permanent magnet 6 and yokes 7, 8 coupled with both right and left sides of the magnet 6, and coils 9, 10 are respectively wound on the yokes 7, 8. A magnetic gap g1 between the pole teeth of the stator side opposed to the pole teeth of the opposite permanent magnet side of the yokes 8, 9 is set smaller than that g2 between the pole teeth of the stator side opposed to the pole teeth of the permanent magnet side. |
