The device has a cylinder (5) which is fitted in the vessel bottom and has three pistons (6, 8, 9) arranged above one another. In the upper stroke position of these pistons, the off-take chamber between the two upper pistons (8, 9) is filled from the vessel, while in the lower stroke position it is sealed off from the vessel and connected to an outlet (14). In this position, the off-take chamber is also connected, via a duct (16) in the central piston (8), to an inlet (17) for a flushing medium which is used to clean the off-take chamber after the sample has been removed from the outlet (14). The lower piston (6), which can be actuated by a pressure medium, and a spring (7) perform the strokes of the off-take chamber. Switches (12, 13) and a timing relay ensure automatic sampling. This involves the sample being drawn off in a dosed manner and being discharged, and the device being flushed, so that it is ready for the next sampling without additional cleaning. <IMAGE> |
