发明名称 INK COMPOSITION FOR NON-CARBON TYPE PRESSURE-SENSITIVE MANIFOLD PAPER
摘要 PURPOSE:To obviate problems about tranferrability of an ink in spot printing on a paper and prevent a reaction agent from being extracted with a solvent in the ink with the result of fogging in color-development or blurring, by using microcapsules for a non-carbon type pressure-sensitive manifold paper which are obtained by microencapsulating a color reaction agent by using as a wall material a polymer comprising specified monomeric components. CONSTITUTION:The titled ink composition comprises the microcapsules, a binder and an organic solvent as essential constitutents, in which the microcapsule comprises 95- 75pts.wt. of a nitrile having a polymerizable unsatd. double bond, as a main component, 0-15pts.wt. of an amide having a polymerizable double bond, as a solvent-resisting component, 0-25pts.wt. of an ester having a polymerizable double bond and/or an aromatic monomer having a polymeriable double bond, as a film-forming component, and 0-2pts.wt. of a cross-linking agent. Since the microcapsules used in the ink composition have high solvent resistance and relatively high film strength, the color reaction agent contained in the capsules will not be dissolved out into the solvent. Accordingly, when the ink is applied to the non-carbon type pressure-sensitive manifold paper by priting, problems such as fogging and blurring of the ink will not occur.
