PURPOSE:To obtain a vibrator which has superior frequency characteristics and a little strain by composing the vibrator of a material obtained by adding graphite particles in a flake state into molten aluminum and then by dispersing the graphite particles uniformly. CONSTITUTION:Aluminum or its alloy is molten by being heated at 800 deg.C and while this molten metal is stirred, graphite particles flaked to a size of <1mm. and coated with copper are gradually added and dispersed uniformly. The thus obtained material is pressed by being rolled or molded by being molten again to obtain speaker diaphragm A. |
