PURPOSE:To stick automatically and equally mold releasing agent applied to the inner wall surface by compressing a cooled tube relatively with an upper roller and a lower roller and moving it relatively in the direction nearly rectangular to the tube-conveying direction. CONSTITUTION:The tube 3 is cooled in the cooling tank 4 and conveyed between the lower roller 15 and the upper roller 27 provided for rubbing the tube. The vertically movable frame 20 is pushed down by the elongation of the rod 21a due to the drive of the cylinder 21 and at the same time the upper roller 27 supported by the laterally movable frame 24 is compressed and held at a constant compression to the lower roller 15. The rod 25 is reciprocated by the drive of the oscillating motor 26 in a exceedingly short cycle axially (laterally). Therefore, the laterally movable frame 24 and the upper roller 27 reciprocate laterally, the inner wall surfaces rubs each other. The talc sprayed on the inner wall surface of the tube at the time of extrusion is stuck equally all over the inner wall surface. |
