PURPOSE:To enable LEDs to be mounted with excellent linearily, by forming an electrically conductive pattern for mounting LEDs so that it contains a thin print layer, and employing each edge of the print layer as a reference line. CONSTITUTION:An electrically conductive pattern 2 for mounting LEDs is formed on the surface of a substrate 1. LEDs 4 are arrayed on this pattern 2 and rigidly secured thereto. The pattern 2 is composed of a plurality of thick- film print layers 2a-2c which are formed by multiple printing. At least one of the layers 2a-2c has a thickness of 10mum or less, and the pattern 2 is printed so that the edges of the long sides thereof have satisfactory linearity. Thus, reference lines with good linearity are provided in close proximity with the LEDs 4. Therefore, the operation of mounting the LEDs 4 is facilitated without increasing the costs. |
