摘要 PURPOSE:To reserve a time for correction of operations of operating axes and to prevent the damage of a macine by reducing the operation speed of each operating axis if the operating axis approaches the limit of the operation range when teaching is performed with remote control or playback is performed. CONSTITUTION:When a teaching box 3 is operated to perform teaching, the quantity of rotation of each operating axis is read into an operation controller 13 as the output value of a position detector 12 and is stored temporarily in a storage device 14. It is discriminated whether each operating axis is within a set range or not; and if it is discriminated that the operating axis is on the outside of the range, the operation speed of this operating axis is reduced to a prescribed level. When an operator becomes aware that the operating axis approaches the limit of the operation range and the operates the box 3 to correct its operation, it avoids stopping suddenly on the limit of the operation range. Even if the operating axis is stopped suddenly, there is no fear of great damage because the operation speed is sufficiently reduced.
