PURPOSE:To facilitate a shaft alignment job in time of assembling an enclosed type scroll compressor ever so easy, by securing a stator of a motor to a frame tight enough, while locking an auxiliary bearing, supporting the lower end of a main shaft, to the frame or the stator of the motor by means of screwing. CONSTITUTION:A compression mechanism part 15 of an enclosed type scroll compressor is set up on a frame 14 secured to a hermetically sealed vessel 11. A stator 72 of a motor 16, driving a compression mechanism, is secured to a peripheral wall 49 projected to a lower part from the frame by a screw 74, while the lower end of a main shaft 70 is supported by an auxiliary bearing 77 on a support part 82 connectedly installed in the stator of the motor. Therefore, only when the motor is locked to the frame inside the hermetically sealed vessel, shaft alignment between the main bearing and the auxiliary bearing installed in the frame is performable in an easy manner. |
