PURPOSE:To remove the variation in the output by reducing the effective coil area in the lead of a lead wire of an FG coil pattern and increasing the effective coil area at the folding portion of the pattern. CONSTITUTION:A narrow region 300 intruded into the inside of the lead of a lead wire A is formed, with the result that the effective coil area of the lead wire A becomes smaller than that of the other portion. Thus, a magnetic flux crossing number is reduced to resultantly reduce the induced voltage output value. An enlarged portion 400 is formed at the coil toward the outer peripheral side at the folded portion B to increase the effective coil area of the folded portion B and to increase the magnetic flux crossing number. Accordingly, the induced voltage output of the folded portion B also increases. Thus, compensating action is generated to remove the variation in the frequency. |
