PURPOSE:To secure a rotary compressor being made resistible to a severe lubricating condition, by heightening hardness in each base material for a blade, a roller and a cylinder, while combining it with such a material as having a compound, favorable in abrasion resistance, extracted. CONSTITUTION:A blade 10 is made up of hardening tempering treatment of steel containing C (0.8-1.5%), Cr (3-5%), Mo (3-10%), W (5-20) and V (1- 5%) or a base material 12 such as a sintered alloy, and a first compound 13 and a second compound 14 are minutely interspersed, having hardness of more than HRc>=60. As for a base material of the roller 8, its hardness is improved what with a carbide of Ni-Cr-Mo or B formed and what with a graphite flake 17 interspersed. |
