PURPOSE:To reduce adhesion tendency of a copied image to a PVC film to as low as possible by using a binder resin composed of at least one of a fluororesin and an epoxy resin, and a styrene-acrylic type resin. CONSTITUTION:A toner is composed essentially of the binder resin made of a mixture of a styrene-acrylic type resin, and a fluororesin and/or an epoxy resin, and a colorant dispersed into this binder resin, and as additives, a releasing agent and an electrostatic charge controller, etc. The styrene-acrylic resin is small in specific gravity, superior in fixability, proper in electric resistivity, and superior in humidity resistance, accordingly, easy in charge control, and good in triboelectrified charge stability. The styrene-acrylic type resin obtained by copolymerizing a styrene monomer with an acrylic monomer can be controlled in the wide ranges of softening point and m.p. by regulating its polymn. degree, and it is easily pulverizable, thus operability to be highly enhanced. |
