PURPOSE:To obtain a small-size temperature sensor having a high heat response, by folding and coiling the soldered part as if it enclosed the outside of the lead wire formed by covering with insulated coatings the two lead wires insulated from each other plus the auxiliary wires to give a reinforcement to those lead wires and then caulking the end part of a protective tube with the soldered part. CONSTITUTION:The auxiliary wires 11 and 12 for reinforcement of the lead wire 2 are covered with the insulated coating 13 along with the insulated coatings 7 and 8 which cover the lead wires 3 and 4. The soldered part 14 is folded and coiled as if it enclosed the outside of the coating 13 that covers the wires 11 and 12, and then soldered at the folded area to such degree as to be along the inner diameter of the protective tube 6. Then the end part of tube 6 is caulked with the part 14, and the tube 6 is pressed strongly to the wire 2 by the part 14. |
