PURPOSE:To obtain a mask plate having excellent hair removal guessing accuracy for a short period by uniformly applying a quick dry green painting solution to a negative plate photoengraved by tightly adhering a negative film to a photosensitive red peel coat film, and after drying the solution, peeling off a prescribed part. CONSTITUTION:The negative plate 5 is tightly adhered to the photosensitive red peel coat film 4, exposed, developed, washed with water, and then dried to form a peeltic negative plate 5. Then the quick dry green paint solution is uniformly applied to the peeling surface, the paint solution is dried and a prescribed part is peeled off to form a mask plate. Said operation makes it possible to form a fairly complex mask plate for an extremely short period and to form the mask plate having excellent hair removal quessing accuracy without using specific technique. The method can be used also for the photoengraving of commercial prints in addition to the photoengraving of bills. |
